SERVICE AGREEMENT (TOS)

This Service Agreement governs your access to and use of the free video streaming services made available on our Websites (our "Services") by Loungest Limited ("Loungest"). No registration, account, or payment is required to use the Services.

1. Curation of Video Streams

Loungest compiles and licenses lounge and chillout music video streams. The music is broadcast deterministically and rotated based on time coordinates to simulate a live television channel experience. Viewers agree to use these streams for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Loungest grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the video streams on supported devices. Viewers are strictly prohibited from:

• Downloading, archiving, copying, or distributing any portions of the video streams or underlying track assets.
• Bypassing or attempting to disable any stream obfuscation, URL encryption, or client-side playback restrictions.
• Using automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to harvest track lists or video files.

3. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the video stream active 24/7/365. However, we do not warrant that stream playback will be uninterrupted or error-free. Loungest reserves the right to modify, rotate, or terminate video selections, stream bitrates, or scheduler modes at any time without prior notice.
